Terms & Conditions

1. Parties and definitions

• "Host" — the person operating the Property: [TBD — legal name / company number / legal form].
• "Site" — elysiumcaravans, together with its subpages and language versions.
• "Property" — the two caravans Elysium I and Elysium II and the shared garden area.
• "Guest" — the person sending an inquiry and/or entering into a rental contract.
• "Inquiry" — a message sent via WhatsApp or phone regarding availability and/or a reservation.

2. Subject and scope

• The Site is informational. No online payments are taken and no contract is concluded automatically through a button or form on the Site.
• A rental contract is formed upon the exchange of confirmations between Guest and Host (WhatsApp or phone) and receipt of the deposit as set out in section 5.

3. Reservation process

• The Guest selects desired dates and sends an inquiry via WhatsApp or phone.
• The Host confirms availability and sends a final quote with the price.
• Upon the Guest's acceptance, payment details for the deposit are provided.
• On receipt of the deposit, the reservation is considered confirmed.

4. Stay conditions

• Season: 1 June — 4 October.
• Minimum stay: 3 nights.
• Check-in: from [TBD — e.g. 15:00]. Check-out: by [TBD — e.g. 11:00].
• Maximum guests: 6 per caravan.

5. Prices, deposit and payment

• Prices are quoted in Bulgarian lev (BGN). EUR equivalents are indicative, at the official fixed rate 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN.
• The final price is set in the quote for each specific inquiry and depends on the dates, number of guests and number of caravans booked.
• Deposit: [TBD — percentage of the total or a fixed amount in BGN], payable to confirm the reservation.

6. Cancellation and changes

• Date changes are possible subject to availability and the Host's written agreement.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, mandatory health restrictions etc.) shall be settled in good faith between the parties.

7. House rules

• Smoking: permitted only outdoors; strictly prohibited inside the caravans.
• Quiet hours: [TBD — e.g. from 22:00 to 08:00].
• Pets: [TBD — allowed / by arrangement / not accepted].
• Parties, public events, or use of the Property for purposes other than accommodation are not permitted.
• Guests are expected to keep the Property and the shared garden area reasonably clean and tidy.
• Guests are responsible for accompanying persons, including minors.

8. Damage and insurance

• The Guest is liable for damage caused by the Guest or accompanying persons beyond ordinary wear and tear.

• Any observed damage must be reported to the Host immediately.

9. Liability

• The Host is not liable for Guests' personal belongings left at the Property or in the shared area.
• The Host is not liable for circumstances beyond its control — interruption of electricity or water supply, weather, acts of third parties.
• Use of common areas, beach, pool and surroundings is at the Guest's own risk.

10. Personal data

Processing of personal data in connection with the use of the Site and the conclusion of a rental contract is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria in force.
• Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties; failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court at the Host's registered seat.
